PSSA testing begins this Monday, and we are proud of the hard work that our students, teachers, and staff have put in this year to prepare. Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders are officially ready to show what they know! While state testing can sometimes bring up a mix of emotions, we are approaching this week with confidence and excitement. This is time for our students to shine and demonstrate their growth!
To give our students the best chance to perform their best, please help them focus on the "Big Three" each morning:
Rest Up: Ensure your child is well rested and gets a full night’s sleep.
Fuel Up: A healthy, balanced breakfast makes a world of difference for focus.
Show Up: Please arrive at school on time so students can start their day feeling calm and settled.
We are all about "hyping up" our students! Our teachers have planned fun incentives throughout the testing window to reward great effort and a positive attitude. I’m planning a PSSA Party for next fall to celebrate growth and achievement.
